Pacific Puddle Pedal 2011-2012 documents a jarred street puddle pedaled to and exchanged with Pacific Ocean water to make a salt water puddle on the street.

Arthur Allan through a series of actions will investigate the unoccupied open space of San Francisco civic buildings. In this series of interactions the pair will make use of the banal and the mundane, producing video works and sculptures that investigate the civic aesthetic and its function.

The rupture simulates the instantaneous shift / change that happens with a cut of Hair, Video, or Wood through quick bursts of close-ups and sound.
